The New Perks of Membership
|
But now membership has even more privileges. With a recurring, tax deductible, monthly contribution CMHRC Sustaining Members will have access to some exclusive opportunities.
7-day priority sign up access for all courses and live events. With the popularity of our new Palliative Parenting class, the monthly Book Club, and interest in our new programming line up for 2024 growing, we want to make sure our core constituents aren't ever left out. So members will have a 7-day advanced sign-up period before all of our courses and live events are made available to the general public.
30-day exclusive member access to all new content. That's right, members will have exclusive access to all new content for a full month before we make it available to everyone else. Miss the last clinical seminar? Missed the Q&A on the last webinar because you had to drop off early? Want to see what questions are being answered next in our "Your Questions Answered" series? Not to worry! Members can get caught up within a matter of days.
Quarterly member only Zoom sessions with CMHRC leadership. Want to get the inside scoop on what's coming up, being planned, and hasn't been announced yet? Want to go behind the scenes, ask questions, and request new programs? Well, this is your chance. Each quarter, CMHRC Members get to join our Executive Director Elizabeth Errico, Clinical Director Jennifer Sevick, a member of the CMHRC Board of Directors, and a member of the CMHRC Volunteer Corps for an exclusive meeting where we'll listen to your thoughts and share our plans.
Partnership discount exclusives will be offered to CMHRC Members whenever they're available. From time to time we get special offers for our community, like the special CMHRC discount code from author and mental health provider Steve Hoersting for his book Maintaining The Truth: A Parent and Caretaker's Guide to Helping Children and Adolescents Accept Their Gifts. When we're able to secure discounts like these we'll pass them on exclusively to you as a sustaining member.
Monthly member only updates and access. Each month our team will send out an email only to CMHRC Members which will include information and access links to all new member content, discounts, and sign up opportunities.

The Myth of Misbehavior
February 28th, 5:00pm Eastern Time
|
We often hear parents, teachers, and other adults use words like, “chose,” “refused,” and “decided”, when talking about the behavior of kids and teens, as in “the child decided to misbehave”. But, in many cases, the child in question is dealing with symptoms over which they have no control and they lack the coping skills necessary to manage them. Join us for this deep dive into differentiating misbehavior from symptoms of mental illness, hone your skills, learn more effective interventions, and get tips on how to coach the parents you work with on understanding this key distinction.
